Found this in my combustion chamber...help

Found hotspots while cleaning up my combustion chamber tonite. Not sure what to do.

Never saw past stock boost on stock turbo and 11psi on gt30r.

A few possible causes-
1) Someone dented the head
2) The engine is pinging( pre-detonation), Either from too lean a mixture, and/or too advanced spark timing

Is the picture taken before cleaning or after cleaning?

You may have a fueling issue with your injectors. The valves look like the got a little too hot. By looking at the edges.

If I had to pick a side, it would be with the pre detonation, I've seen similar with some friends of mine while tuning some boost'd hondas.

This is after cleaning, should I worry about it or try and grind/polish it out?

Yes that definately looks like pre-ignition in the combustion chambers. Though I am sure that section could be smoothed out, the damage appears to be cosmetic more then anything.
