oem exhaust

i apologize if this has been asked already, tried searching but didnt see anything.

are the 9 and 8 oem exhaust's interchangeable?

The downpipe is slightly different for models with ACD (05+)

The 02 sensor on the IX is in the cat whereas the bung on the 8 is on the midpipe. So if you have an 8 cat and a 9 catback, you wont have a place to put the 02 sensor.
