I will start with my setup. I have a evo 9 turbo, injen full i/c piping, megan racing o2 housing, ebay downpipe, forge wastegate, megan racing manifold, ams manual boost controller, and reflash. Now to my problem, boost will not rise at all or lower no matter what i do to the bc. When installing my manifold, i took off my bc line to the j-pipe(vaccum source) and realized a hole in the line. So i decided to get a new hose on it. Well, now boost stays at 22-18psi, i turned the bc up and down and it stays at that boost level. Running just my wastegate actuator it stays at 18psi so the wastegate is fine. I decided to put that old hose i had with a small hole in it back on and it allows me to adjust me boost. This doesnt make sense to me, could my bc be bad or am i doing something dumb. The bc is hooked up right, its been on for awhile now so its not like i changed anything with it. Any suggestions, i have no leaks otherwise.
