Advice on setup

Well I'm waiting for my red to be finished, and wanted some advice on my setup and what else would I need to reach my goal. Currently I have 3" tbe, intake, 255 wlb fp, uicp, ebc, eBay ported o2 housing, planning on getting 1000cc's, e85, haven't decided on whether to get the fp4r's or the kelford 272's, arp headstuds, going to be on stock block and ported stock exhaust mani. My goal is to be at or close to 500, any suggestions on what I would need to reach goal and also live in Texas don't know of any good local tuners who would be the closest tuner for e85?

looks good.. might look into porting the intake side as well with a better IC. The FP4R's are pretty aggressive, are you porting the head and upgrading the valvetrain? and once all that is done, larger injectors on e85... just my thought..

Right now I'm sticking to stock head springs and retainers, and the 1000's would be to small?

The 1000's should do the job for 500hp or close. You'll want to upgrade your intercooler soon and that LICP, as you said you already have an UICP. I think both of those cams are suggested running upgraded valvetrain, but you'll probably be fine.

Give KevinD a call, or PM him. It's Evolution Dynamics in Dallas. One of the best evo tuners in Tx, if not the best.

good setup so far, it does say "recommended" to run upgraded valve train for both cams, but i am running kelford 272's with a stock valvetrain, just dont rev anywhere near 8k, you should be fine
