Trying to drop the tranny

I am following this guide. http://evomoto.com/tech_articles.php?tech_article_id=27
Now does the output shaft in step 26 come completly out? Also does the Throw out bearing completly fall off or just get moved back away from pressure plate? Thanks.

the input shaft slides completely off and seperate from the transfer case. Stick a flat head screw driver in the peep hole, wedge and turn counter clock and the tob would pop off. hope that helps...

you need to remove both output shafts... and you need to use a slide hammer to get them out.

Also remember that there is 6 bolts on the Tcase. Once you pull the bolts out and get the shafts out, get a screw driver and pry it from the tranny.
