Although it is partially due to the person doing the install, many have reported problems with the JBs not lasting long on high boost levels. They do require a restrictor fitting on the oil feed and are notorious for being finicky with various oil pressures. You are supposed to be a little safer going with a BB unit from precision but thats another $500 option
The 6262 SP Dual Ceramic BB, Billet, Air Cooled, blah blah only costs around 1400, I'm pretty sure the HTA35's cost more than that.

I have a fully built motor and I'll be running 93 pump gas. I'm looking for ~600hp and I'd like to make a mid to low 10 sec pass in the quarter. I'm leaning towards the FP HTA86 because of what I've read.

im making 600hp on my fpred, with boost starting @ 3800 area

I have had all three on these on my car, dont ask me why. HTA82 twice, HTA86 twice and the 6262 once. They are all close.. But the HTA86 seems to always spool faster and make more top end then the 6262. Dont know if any one has done a real back to back test.

HTA86 makes about 25 more hp then the 6262, the HTA82 makes about 25 hp less then the 6262. Both HTA out spool the 6262.

Not on pumpgas and not with 30psi or less....

The hta3582 outspools the other 62mm turbos... It's billet, bb and smaller thus a bit lighter than the other two... Completely maxed out it could see maybe 700-720whp on a fully built/prepped car.

The other two will be under the same scenario 80-100whp more I think...

the 3582r will no doubt make over 700whp on a fully built evo pushing 40psi or more. I made close to 640whp on 36psi of boost falling to 32psi by redline on E70.

6262 call it a day I'm not sure the HTA35 will make the same number on high boost.
