Speed Box Turbo!!!!!

Check it out....it's a factory replacement turbo, good to 400+ hp to all 4 wheels. We have one, and it's for our car....but what do you all think about it? It's really really sexy.

Of course it's ball bearing! The stock one is ball bearing... =) We'll get more information on it later....we just got this one here in our hands for a sample. We haven't even tried it. Yes, it bolts onto the stock exhaust manifold.

This turbo is supposed to flow as much as an IHI RX6 turbo....but it will bolt onto the stock manifold.

IHI RX6 - Frickin SWEEEEEET Turbo. I made 402RWHP on my FD with it @ 12psi... I believe APEXi uses these turbos for their bigger upgrade kits (MKIV, R32-34, FDs, any SR20, etc, etc)...

I also heard a *rumor* that one will be fitted onto the Sparco/APEXi Evolution (see posts by SparcoEvo of spy shots) along with a slew of other APEXi goodies.

we'll have to wait n' see...

What rpm does it hit full boost/what psi?

When can you get it?

How much will it cost me?

It's basically a 20g wheel in the stock housings. Hence why it says "fitted with tdo6 internals." I don't know about the turbine wheel. You can get the exact same thing from turbochargers.com.
I think it's like 800 plus a ore charge. You can check the site.

Turbochargers.com doesn't have BB, and NO ONE has posted any dynos or expirience with it... you'd think the vendor would at least want to show off their product. I'm waiting to see what RBMotoring has to show.

The stock turbo is not BB.

So is this turbo BB.

BB turbos are crazy cool. As Eric said, I do not believe the stock one is. BB turbos (well, the good ones) take minutes to spin down from a spool. It's really weird to hear the turbo making a hard drive sounding noise, 2 and 3 minutes after shutting off the car.

You took eight pictures and you didn't take a pic of the compressor wheel!

I seriously doubt that is a bb turbo.

I doubt this one will be bb either. Mitsu doesn't make a bb center section for these turbos. I can garuntee it's the 20g wheel because the selection for lh roatation mitsu wheels is very slim. Don't get me wrong, this is a good solid upgrade. It's just not bb, or anything too drastically different.
