[ETS vs Full-Race] Twinscroll HTA3582... Opinions Needed!!!

**93 Pump only!!! No meth, E-85, C16, or anything!!

Planning to Go with one of these 2 turbo kits.. Some of you recommend ETS, other recommend Full-Race, and to be honest, I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIER DIFFERENCES!!!! So please clarify :S

Which kit is better??? why???

As far as I know, 82, HTA, and twinscroll is the best I can do to improve the spool!!!

Mostly, Im planning to throw one turbo kit on a 2.2L(torque and Rev), so please let me have your inputs regarding the turbo, the setup, and everything needed for this setup!!!

I have seen a lot of you guys throwing these turbo's on 2.3s, which made me wondering,,, WHY??? dont you need the extra 500-1000RPM on a 2.2 for instance?!?!? Especially when these turbos come alive at higher RPM?!?!?!

MY goal is to be in the 500+WHP, 430+TQ zone(550WHP max).. HOWEVER, I want SPOOL AND RESPONSE more than those WHP's!!!! I was going BBK Full due to spool but canceled due to the relatively weak output!! and samething to the Red(93 pump only)!!!

I dont want to get every single pony out of the turbo as I will be driving the car everyday!!! I dont want to break things, so the main questions is: How can I get my goal (power and response) within the safe zone of the whole car!!!

My car is 100% stock, and I have nothing on it so far!!

ThanX n advance for your help

Both are good quality kits, Full Race is amazing quality but it will cost you more for sure. Nothing wrong with either brand, its about preference and budget.

Your goal looks pretty feasible. We are not here to bash other vendors, so I won't go into details of our turbo kit vs full race turbo kit. But... I can tell you a few reasons why I would buy our products.

We offer a life time warranty against any defects.. cracking.. etc. This is for the original purchasers only. This means we stand behind our products and believe in what we build.

We have several variants and options to choose from, we can pretty much customize the kit to meet your needs

The kit I would recommend for you would be the HTA3582 (If you plan on making less then 600whp, HTA3586 if you plan on making more then 600whp) T4 Exhaust housing w/ 1.06 A/R Exhaust Housing. If we go with a T3 we can only run .78 A/R. The kit will include 2x - 38mm 1.0 bar wastegates that will control boost in the low 20psi range and up. More then enough wastegate!

We run our parts everyday on our shop cars and the power that we post is the same power our customers make. Most of the time the customers make more!

If you have any questions, let me know!

Thanks,

Michael

If money is no object and you want twin-scroll, then go Full-Race. IMO the best turbo kit made right now for everyday and road racing use.

Full-race has been around forever and I have only seen one of their manifolds have a defect. They fixed it ASAP no questions. They offer a life time warranty against any defects just like ets. Nothing wrong with the ets of full-race kit but it is hard to beat the robotic welds full-race has. If I were you I would call both company's and explain your goals ask for their input. You will get a feel for who will offer customer service quickly.

Not shooting down ETS but if you got the $'s then Full Race....I had a full race kit on a k20 civic well worth the money.

What size are the ETS runners? I bet they're 1.5" sch10... Full-Race uses 1.25" sch10... less volume...quicker spool.

Full-Hate gets my vote.
