Hi all, I'm wondering what I should do for a bov i'm pretty set on buying the SSQV but im not sure if i wanna run it recirc, or VTA, I know with VTA im gonna need a tune or i was wondering if the HKS idle stabilizer would take care of the car running rich, open to suggestions thx.

I have an SSQV in a recirculating configuration; overall very satisfied with the product and I would recommend it to others.

Is there a reason you want to set up your BOV to VTA? (loud blow off sound? ) I'm not really sure what it would take to properly set up a VTA system since the Evo ECU depends on values from the MAF sensor (VTA will throw this out of alignment)

Will you post up a complete modlist, Inferno? Why exactly do you want to run a VTA BOV? Any specific reason(s)?

Honestly I just wanted some opinions from people that have them first hand is all I don't care if it is VTA or recirc, i have a friend with a Speed6 with the SSQV and he is running recirc and his is loud so if thats what i was going for the loud sound it wouldnt matter any way with the SSQV lol. But thanks for the opinions

You'll care if its VTA when your car drives like ***. You cannot VTA a stock MAF car. Some do and say oh my car runs fine. But that doesnt change the fact that the car will go pig rich on throttle lift and stumble on part throttle

Wait hasn't this been covered before

Even in recirc the SSQV is the worst BOV you can run on an EVO and many will agree with this hands down
