timing belt question

having some headwork done to my evo currently and had the timing belt changed 18k miles ago. what im wondering is would it be best to get another new timing belt done now or if it would be alright to wait until the normal 60k mile interval?

Like you said they're good for 60k miles. If you don't want to be in there again in 40k miles, do a new one.
