Ivey Trans 6sp Rebuild

Ok I am getting ready to have my Trans rebuilt. Was curious if anyone has used Ivey to rebuild there tranny? I have been talking to them over email and such and seem to know there stuff just have not read alot about them doing tranny stuff. I live not real far so I would save on shipping.. Just looking for opinions. Thanks.

I was not aware they rebuilt transmissions, esp 6sp. I would use a company that solely rebuilds transmissions. IMO

You dont have to be a shop that solely does transmissions to get good work done.. Ivey does a lot of trans man and knows whats up.. You cant go wrong there!!

Thanks everyone. I was tryin to avoid shipping an I spoke to dogbox. I think I will give Ivey a shot. I hve a donor trans so I don't want to have to pay to ship 2 transmissions. So if anyone is looking or 6sp tranny parts hit me up. I have a complete one sitting in my garage. Just a bad 4th gear but I was told that is the expensive part to fix.

Thought I would update this thread. I finally got my tranny out of the car the other week. I set up an appt with Ivey drive the trans up there and with in a few days he had it apart and told me what I needed. I am very pleased with how things have gone so far. I should have the trans back in a week or so. Just waiting on parts. So big thumbs up to Sean and his team!! Can't wait to get the Evo back on the road....
