I wanted to get the rest of the season out of my 615's... unfortunately, like anything else had to happen, when my engine went the pieces flew back under the rear tires and one of them blew out.. I know... it sounds too stupid to be true. Only me
what size tires you got? and by chance do you know the max width we can? is it 255?

Good eye!

I messed with that a little more last night, I do not have the Mitsu tool that goes into the two holes on the front of the tensioner pulley to apply the exact torque to the belt is the issue... I'm going to check the tensioner again tomorrow morning and see how its sitting.

The tires I got are 245/45/17's, I wanted a little taller tire for the rpm's.. however previously I had a set of Falken Azenis 255/40/17's and with the car lowered quite a bit, there was no rubbing, and no fender rolling! Even with 5 people in the car

Man I can't wait to have her back on the road!

Whats the hold up now? I wish I would have gotten a bigger tire. I have stock size. Did going a little wider give you a taller height even though both of our height is 45?

damn that sits lower then mine.... if you had the same front bumper + lip i have you'd be 1 inch from the ground

I had to mention the belt. I don't want you installing that motor back in without proper tension!
Just make it so the grenade pin can slide in and out of the hole and you're golden.

If you need to borrow my tensioner rod shoot me a pm.

Thanks!! I'll let you know.

I had to raise the suspension a little bit, the tires are 0.7" taller, had to give them half that in the wheel wells... but I went 0.5" higher in the back so I could perhaps get a decent alignment, the setup in the pic I was at -2.8 camber in the rear lol

One of my friends had one of these and he got something like 40,000 street miles and 2 race seasons out of it.... I'd be a happy camper if I could manage that

Edit: the bright side of this is that the Fidanza wore out so quickly that the throw out bearing is still new

Your very welcome homie!
