Forced Performance Evo 8 intake Pipe

has anyone installed this intake on the fp red 80mm inlet ?????

i have been trying to install it and havent been able to make it fit

well we tried that but theres such a big difference in size that even we tried lubricating it , with no luck , im trying to see if someone has the same problem ,

I hate it when its too big that even lube wont help... . Sorry, but I had to lol.

I'd agree with everyone else though. Just get a bigger coupler.

thats why i should not have to buy a coupler as everyone else is tellin me

i tried getting this intake on the fp 80mm and have not been able to ,

I just installed mine this past week, Just add a little bit of grease to the coupler end and twist and turn till it goes on. The maf side is even more of a biatch to get on.

I heated mine up a little bit (used a lamp), then twisted it on. It takes a little convincing, but it will fit.

Here is your answer, let the coupler soak in hot water for a few mins and then put it straight on.
