So had some issues with the car thought the front diff took a **** on me. I pulled it out and it looks fine however I discovered this. My question is can I remove the torque tube and replace it with the trans in the car?

if you twisted the output off then the splines in the diff are probably damaged too. how far in did the tube break?

 

this must be related to your previous thread i'm guessing?

i would deff have the diff looked at. i broke mine like that and had to do both.

 

Just pull the diff apart as well? I may as well get another then also while I'm at it.

 

any update on this?
