'Short' UICP Kits

'Short' UICP Kits
Hey All.
At the moment Im building a 2.3L stroker with built head, Kelfords and a Trust T67 turbocharger, and Im looking at changing my UICP to something more attractive, not to mention Im TRYING to get the turbo on boost as fast as possible.
I have been looking around, and stumbled across the ETS 'short' route UICP kit.
Has anyone actually seen and/or recorded and gains in the way of earlyer boost with this kit?
Is a 'short' style kit worth the money?
