I am finding alot of suggestions for creader as a bandaid to the p0300. Thats an acceptable temporarily solution but will it also prevent the stutter?

Yes.

The best solution however is to simply remove the test that triggers P0300 in ECU Flash. See the appropriate discussion area.

i appreciate your response. i have been following the ecu flash method, i want to have an alternative fix incase i still throw the 0300.

besides i lost my odb2 scanner so i need a new one

question:
for the simple user, what if the engine is actualy misfiring, how would he/she know that it is, when this feature is disabled?

I had it for a while, and it bugged the heck out of me, till i finaly figured it out, it was one of the injector seals. so in ur case it might actualy be related to ur tranny/clutch. GL!

thanks man.... yeah im suspecting the 0300 code and the limp mode is being caused by the vibrations from the clutch but also being added by worn 5th gear input shaft.... the vibrations arent intermitten and not that bad so long as the hesitation goes away im good for now

If it was really misfiring, it would break up really bad under boost. I have the 0300 only after I installed M2's and only seems to occure at idle, cold idle. The Creader helps removing it from sight, but it will always come back. There is no Limp mode that occures, at least this is what tuners have assured me, not sure how true this is.

i know atleast for my car, its not a true misfire. any throttle i give to throw the car into closed loop(and give it load), the car runs great.... 5th gear light throttle high speed cruising is where this occurs 99% of the time
