help plz

Today I started my car after 4 months ,and I've installed the new ets 3.5 inch exaust system...
When I startd the car I can see white smoke frm the exaust while driving ,which I never saw be4 ,is this the reason
Of the long 4 months sitting of the car ?I can see a little smoke frm the head cover also whwrte I've placed the breather air filter ..
Plz tell me wat cud be the reason ...

Mine did the same thing after installing the BR TBE and HFC. I don't know how common it is, but it seemed to me like the exhaust was burning off whatever 'coating' was on the steel. It eventually went away.

If it is white smoke, and it continues, you may want to check your headgasket to ensure you are not burning coolant and the gasket is not blown.

Finally, was the car started or run at all during storage? Storing a car is rough on the internals because all of the fluids settle, causing cracked seals from loss of lubrication.

Its not the coolant for sure ,y is the smoke coming from the blow pipe on the head cover ?

White smoke = water or coolant

If the car sat for 4 months I'd drive it around a bit and see if it goes away. Likely just some moisture

dont get on it!!!burn all that old gas first... drive it a couple miles and check your oil cap to make sure it doesnt look milky (headgasket)

it smels like oil ,ive driven it for about 25miles and even pushed it hard also ,but smoke is still there .its not alota smoke but it is visible when i lift the throttle after boosting ,and constant in the blow pipe also but very little ...

shud i do the compression test ?
what are the normal figuers on the compression for 2.3l ?
