looking forward to seeing what kind of power it makes as i will likely ditch my t67 and put a 6262 on my buschur kit. not that im not aware of what the turbo is cabable of but it just seems like everybodys going forward facing nowadays.

its not a mustache bar that you crushed and destroyed. IMO take it off as it probably is not doing anything at this point. then you will have no worries.

Yeah

"mustache bar" = rear differential support

The thing you crushed is usually called "subframe tie bars" or something along those lines.

is that Shearer Fab manifold ? is your motor built 2.0 ? why didnt you get the Ball Bearing bullet hole 6262 ?

No, it's a Buschur tubular.

Yes, it's a built 2.0L

This is a ball bearing 6262. I bought the entire kit used, although the turbo is practically new with < 1000mi on it. I haven't heard anything bad about this style surge port compressor cover... whereas I've heard the swiss cheese covers can still surge.

Is that exhaust manifold 1-2 3-4 type? I think you would get better spoolup if you have 1-4 2-3 type exhaust manifold.

Pretty sure shearer makes the buschur manifold
