My Porting Job!!

I got a 10.5 hotside and i thought i would ported it out so i can squeze every little power out of it, here is some pics let me know what you guys think and where do i need to do more porting...thanx

Looks like you screwed up the gasket surface on the twin scroll portion of the manifold.

yeah i noticed that a bit but do you think it will make a difference?

WTF bit did you use to do the porting anyway? You f'd/up the outer edges of the entrance to the turbine inlet area. That outer, lead-in edge should always be left for last.

yeah got a little exciting there with the inlet edge, and i did do that last BUT i dont think it will make a difference anyways beause that part will have the gasket on top.

I just hope the gasket seals man. That gasket surface should always be left flat. I think you should have taken some harder looks at professional port jobs and figure out is beneficial to remove material. You might have done more harm than good on this.

its too rounded at the twinscroll divider. It will probably leak

I don't think that gasket will seat properly. Hopefully it does, but it would be a shame after all that work if it leaked and you had to swap it all out... sorry to see that, but I am hoping it works for you!

Sorry man, but you definitely did more harm than good. Your gasket isn't going to seal and you're going to have a lot of additional turbulence. I wouldn't bother putting that on your car and just pick up another core to start fresh on and learn from your past mistakes.
