HELP with oil leak!

i been trying to track down a really bad oil leak on my car. i found that its leaking from the actual engine block around where the stock o2 housing bracket is located. the oil only sprays out of this hole when i raise the throttle. it seems like theres suppose to be some kind of plug that covers this hole, but i looked really carefully and dont seem so see any threads in the hole(from what i can actually see). i circled around where this hole is on my engine block, hopefully someone can give me some sort of answer. thanks in advance.

after installing my aftermarket o2 housing my friend forgot to place the oem bolt that once held the L-bracket for the oem o2 back onto the block . That was the cause of my leak , so all I had to do was put that bolt back in and no more oil leak .
