Ok so I can get a apt 30r kit for like 1100 is it worth it? Guy said it bolts to the stock manifold but I can buy his megan mani. Would you recommend this kit and does everything needed seem to be in the pic? Also will this bolt up to my hks carbon ti ? Its for a 05 evo 8

It's a laggy kit because of the turbine housing. You'd be better off with a FP Green or Red.

 

I heard that if you port the turbo and the housing it helps a lot. Any idea much something like that would cost to port?

 

i had a 3076R with a peakboost manifold on my 2.0L. not impressed! laggy and doesnt make great power. like jid said, a green or red would be wayy batter. more money though unless you get a used one.

 

30r has been more or less replaced by all the great bolt on turbos. id pass on it. id def. pass on the megan manifold too as those are known to crack. i know mine that came with my old 20g cracked.
