I would like to know what the big difference is between the TS2B and the STR2C besides the slight difference in disk size and the material of the cover.

I see the STR2C comes with the clutch release kit, which is 460$ ish by itself (so the prices are really the same overall). I want whichever one is quieter, but it seems there is conflicting reports.......
