I got the perrin oil catch can. I got mine brand new for 100 shipped off of ebay they sell for something like 120-150 + shipping. They come in blue black and red with colored hoses. Here are some old pics of enginebay installed

For the PCV side I'd run a recirc catch can to keep the intake manifold clean. But the cheapest, easiest and most effective way of keeping oil out of your intake, turbo, intercooler is to just run the breather side of the valve cover straight to the ground.
