arp head studs torque

im chnaging my head gaskit tomarow ,plz tell me how much torque shud i give set for the arp head studs ?
ill use the studs i was previously running ..

80ft/lb with arp lube and i dont remember with 10w30 if you have to torque it to 85ft/lb or 90. GL.
