Reflash/ECU Poll

I'd like to know what people are planning on getting as far as ECU flashes go. There seems to be a growing number of vendors offering flash solutions. However, it's hard to form an objective opinion when all of the threads seem to break down into sissy fights. Please vote on what your plans are, and any objective opinions are welcome. Above all, no vendor *****ing please!

I have the Works P1 flash and I will be getting the P2 flash. But in the future, if the Vishnu flash has any competetive advantages over the Works, I would consider buying it.

p2. Works is trying to get people to set up group buys and get discounts on it. I'm getting mine done at the St Louis GB along with the throttle body. Free shipping, no down time, and instant dyno proven results, for a grand total of $540 for the flash.

From what some people who know have told me, Works has some good engineers working for them and they have big plans for the future.

dynoflash

dynoflash all the way it has pruven it's power and you get a dyno chart that tells you it works instead of someone telling you what kind of hp to thing your gonna get.
Al has pruven that each car needs its own diffrent tune. All you out of town boys need to setup a dyno day so big AL can come down and flash your evo.

Money well spent.

Dynoflash stage 0 inlcudes up to two hours of awd dynojet dyno time and custom tuning for the same price as the Works through the mail flash? Either dynoflash is charging too little . . . . or?

Wonder if getting a flash everytime you get a upgrade isn't better if your going to get alot of mods to just get a whole new ECU and be done with it.

I would get a new ECU if I didn't care about the warranty and was going to do a ton of mods. Until then the flash sounds like a lower key option.

How about including the new Buschur Flash in the poll you made?

Thanks,

I had a Dynoflash custom tune with my first Evo with turbo back and intake. It made a world of a difference in how it performed. If you are not planning on doing a whole lot of stuff to you car just exhaust and intake and maybe a boost controller you cant go wrong for the money. But if you plan on cams or turbo upgrade someday you might wanna go another route unless he can tune for those. David can your new Buschur tune allow for cams or turbo upgrade? I would assume so since I am sure you car is probably not stock anymore.

From what I understand is now he tunes on the road. I know in Atlanta there was no dyno involved.
