1st gear clunk when cold

I've noticed the past few days that now that's cold, I'm having trouble when I shift out of 1st gear. It doesn't happen everytime, but when it does, the only way to describe it is if I was shifting without using the clutch. I always let the engine warm up before driving, and I take it slow once I get moving to let the fluids come up to temp, so I'm not launching the car 2 minutes after starting it up, or anything like that. It only seems to do it when I take the car out of gear, and not when I shift into 2nd gear. It's a normal GSR, and I replaced the fluid with BG less than 10k ago. Once it warms up, I don't have any issues other than the normal 3rd gear catch. Could the BG be causing issues until the transmission warms up?

Dunno, but I'd like to hear if anyone else is dealing with this too.
