If it coughs up a bunch of smoke at start I say valve seals. How many miles on the engine?

Otherwise, maybe the rings haven't seated. Preparing the proper cylinder surface to seat rings is an art and not one that everyone has mastered. If you had a shop do this maybe it is time to make a revisit.

An easy way to check if it is seals. I had a bad guide/seal in my head. I took the head off when I did new gasket and studs. cleand the hell out of the piston tops and combustion chaimber. Pistons were nice and shiney. take a bore scope and look at tops of pistons. if you are getting oil through the guide it will build up and bake on in the center of piston. It will NOT look like regular carbon build up. In my case after a few thousand miles it looked like it was something flaking up.

No, like he said, use a boroscope to check the pistons heads.

still unable to find where the problem is ...
how much time will it take for the new rings to seat properly ?
wat is the best way for the rings to seat properly ?
im cunfused where the problem is ..
b4 when the rings were gone ,there was smoke coming out of the breather filter also but now after new rings there is no smoke there and its only coming frm the exaust and get 90%less after properly warm up ..

Have you tried a heavier oil viscosity? Regarding the rings, are you 100% sure they are installed properly? And for the obvious, is the exhaust really blowing oil and not condensation? Turbo seal(s)?
