Acd not bleeding?? Pump problem?
Acd not bleeding?? Pump problem?
I've been having just a world of bad luck,
I just finished putting my transfercase back together on my 05 gsr.
all that's left to do is blew the acd, but I won't bleed!
Before the transfercase was pulled out the acd was bleeding just fine using the throttle method but now nothing! It doesn't even seem like the pump is being engaged at all. The tcase was out of the car and the acd pump was completly dry the entire time. Not sure if it being completly drained has anything do with it?
I read something about a pressure switch in the pump being a common problem but would like some help. Bleeding the acd is all that's left to finnaly have my evo running. Please help!!

Two questions, 1)how long was transfer case out and pump dry for? 2)what did you do to transfer case that would require "I just finished putting my transfercase back together " statement?
The car was up on jackstands with pump drained and tcase out for close to 2 weeks.
The internal seals in the case went out and was allowing the fluids in the transfercase to mix. I got new seals, and a low milage acd clutchpack. Put it all back together now acd pump won't kick on??
