aps bov help

I just received my new aps and installed it onto my car. Now when i boost the car it feels really sluggish like. I went up to like 15lbs but the car doesnt pull like it did before. i had a forge bov before and i replaced it because the forge was leaking all over the place. When i would go wot my ses would flash at me ( pulling timing from what i was told) so i changed it out. Idle is alot better. Car feels smoother but just feels absolutly slugglish. Any advice please.

make sure it's not installed backwards and tightened all the way. If it bucks, play with the adjustment nut.

Car is tuned. The bov is sitting where the adustment screw is on top. Hose going to medal hard line running down the side of valve cover. It just feels super sluggish. If I turn the screw in that increases the tension correct? Should I lossen or tighten?

Thanks alot nomad. I did that and now it feels like a car again. You would think a new bov wouldnt do that. It seems like the adjustment screw is not big enough for the hole or something. Anyways, it feels like my car again. Thanks a million.

Is the coupler tight on the pressurized side? Is the the vaccum line leaking? Maybe it popped off?

EDIT: I'm too late

An evo i purchased came with an aps bov. Compared to every other bov i've felt off the car, the diaphram feels really weak. Even tightened all the way, it still feels weak. Do the springs or seals in these wear out commonly?

Havent pulled it apart yet. I suppose I should.

I got it to hold some boost now but that thing is fluttering like crazy. I have it almost all the way down and just non-stop compressor surge. I am going to try and back it out and see if that helps at all.
