hta86 VS GTX-R3788

hello boys I use a hta86 a/r1.03 housing tial, I ask to you if for you with a manifold forward facing and the gtx-r3788 (new whell billet garrett) housing T3 a/r99, how much power in more I will have? I will lose a lot torque? I ask this information because still I do not have news of this new one gt3788r.....
I do not want to spend money in order to find again itself with approximately the same power.......

GTX-R to match terminology is an HTA wheel. This turbo is yet to be created except by FP as the HTA88 and it is not currently on the market. It is also not based on the 3788 chassis.

ummmm.. NOT.. I have had all three on my car, dont ask me why. HTA82 twice, HTA86 twice and the 6262 once. They are all close.. But the HTA86 seems to always spool faster and make more top end then the 6262. Dont know if any one has done a real back to back test.

HTA86 makes about 25 more hp then the 6262, the HTA82 makes about 25 hp less then the 6262. Both HTA out spool the 6262.

That's good to know. I was under the impression the two were almost identical. I will be trading in my HTA82 for an HTA86 real soon.

The best step up from an HTA86 would be the billet 6765.
