it feels almost like my recirc valve is on backwards but i doubled checked and its not. if i partial boost and let off the throttle the car shutters

relevant mods

stock 9 turbo mr recirc valve
exedy twin hd
motor mounts
ams mustache removal kit

the car was tuned at ivey tune (im faily certain it is not because of the tune)

any ideas fellas?
