Help Please

I installed my HKS EVC V yesterday. I hope I did it right. I ran the 6mm hose without filter to the wastegate, the 6mm hose with filter to the compressor housing, and the 4mm hose with filter to the line coming off the intake manifold the goes over the top right corner of the valve cover. Capped off both nipple on stock solenoid and capped off nipple on air induction pipe.

PROBLEM:
First, it doesn't seem to work right. On monitor mode the big number, I'm assuming boost, never reads above 14-15 when the unit is on. WHY? I set it up correctly I believe. ALSO, when I turn the unit off and go WOT, it has jumped up to 27.7psi. Earlier I stomped it in 3rd and it cut fuel at around 4500-5000 rpm and then again in 4th same thing. What the **** is going on? Somebody who knows and can explain clearly and thoroughly please HELP HELP HELP!!!

What vacuum source on the manifold did you use?
Anything on the throttle body (top) is no good, it's ported and not manifold vacuum.

Thanks for the offer, but I actually talked to him the other day, and I'm just goin to wait a week or so until I get my S-AFC installed, and then I will drive down there to have him tune it with wideband O2. Right now boost is reduced to only 10 psi. Not very fast, but it holds boost well. Patience is a virtue....right?

???

I just installed one yesterday and it works great. You sound like you are only getting wastegate opening and no boost control.
