Insight on mods?

So i got a evo VIII with 70k miles on it, in the process of having the bottom end built with forged pistons, cams and rods. After the drop ins and machining i want to start doing some upgrades to run ~450 whp as a daily driver. So i have some ideas i usually like to keep with one brand or company if possible i find their products work better with eachother, most of the time.

Exhaust: AMS or Perrin turbo back with ams headers
Turbo: FP red or 35R
Intake: Undecided
Fuel rails: AMS or STM
Clutch: Exedy
Injectors: Undecided

I wanna make this more of an open build seeing as im doing a personal/specific build on my evo IX. Would like to see the different outcomes of everyones opinion based mods and how i believe an evo should be modded.

Is spool and pump gas performance important?

The BBk full with enough supporting mods could get you to 450hp and it will spool faster than a 35r or a red and run better on pump gas.

If your goal is only 450 no need for a 35r. What fuel do you plan on running. That will determine your mod direction to an extent. Are you going to run meth?

Here's a nice looking graph from a 35r on pump gas. It's over 500hp though.

sounds like a plan! i was otf about the bigger turbos due to the spool and lag. I just want something to get me to ~450 area without pushing components near their max output. Def let me know man!
