Wow man, you have luck like I do. If there is .01%defect rate I seem to be the one with it. Hope you get everything back up and running soon. It will make you feel a lot better once it is all behind ya.

Good luck

it looks like the clutch pedal stop either wasnt there or wasnt adjusted properly...looks like you had binding from overcompressing the Diaphragm...im guessing installer error...sorry

Clutch pedal stop? Can you explain how it's adjusted?

taken directly from their website hydro tob install manual

PEDAL STOP:
· Install a pedal stop to prevent over-stroking the clutch.
· The best place for a pedal stop is at the pedal face.
1. Install a rigid pedal stop to allow near full stroke of the pedal.
2. Slowly apply pressure to the pedal while applying a torque to the clutch, typically by trying to rotate the driveshaft.
3. Set the pedal stop near the point where the release is felt.
4. Adjust the pedal stop to allow approximately 1/4” more of pedal travel at the pedal face past the initial release point.

EDIT..i see you are from wa,who did the install?

I didn't see anything leak. But I did see smoke coming out my hood when all this was happening. Lol. What happened with your clutch?
