Disadvantages to short shifters?
Are there any disadvantages or side-effects of short shifters that anyone knows about?
I hear stories of increased bushing wear, notchiness, etc. and i think it would be good info to know.
In the BMW arena, there are several cheap short shifters on the market, but the AC Schnitzer one (which is like $1000) supposedly has a different set up, and their website implies that there is something wrong with the usual short shifter. thoughts anyone?
