Not All End Tanks Are Created and Designed Equally!

*Perfect Single Pass Bead

*Internally Ported For No Turbulence and exceptional flow

*Internally welded for maximum durability and abuse!

*No Extra Welds - folded for increased strength.
While searching for a picture I stumbled upon these pics. They are a good illustration of the quality we put into each intercooler. Some manufactures will simply weld on the inlet and outlet and not port the inside. They will also weld the end tank up in sections. We fold each end tank to minimize welding. Each weld has an inside and outside weld to maximize the durability of the tank.
Any questions, let me know!
Michael
Those welds look fantastic
On a side note but along the same lines, I put an older style Perrin sheet metal endtank intercooler on my car about a month ago. Boost leak test the other night revealed a nice crack along the edge right on the weld...wast the best news in a while. So I got to take it off and re-welding is in the near future.
