Put your Tial up for sale. Get a IX MR DV, and recirculate it. After selling your Tial, you'll probably have enough money to buy the DV and new UICP if needed since your current one is flanged for a Tial. You'll have to scout for best prices, but it can be done. Keep your boost level where your car was tuned for. AFTER you take care of this, you can worry about fixing your flutter issue. Your DV situation is more dire than the flutter.

This is the first time I've heard of tuning as a result of BOV sound.
The car has been tuned already for 25psi. For the tuning off sound thing, I read somewhere on here that the fluttering could be result of low boost. The person turned up the boost a little bit and fluttering had ceased and car was responding better. Boost was dropped back to 25psi immediately after turning it up cuz I talked to my tuner prior to driving on it.

What do you mean about the I/C problem? Was thinking I would need new upper piping to go back to recirc cuz the tial is already welded on there. Shops said it would cost couple hundred just in fabrication to take the tial off and put the recirc on.

I would like to go back to recirc, but need to identify I/C so I can purchase new pipe right? I don't wanna just buy what I think it is and it end up being the wrong one. I also can't talk to previous owner that put it on cuz I don't have owner's info...kind of stuck.

I dropped it back down, thanks for the advice. The 'sound' really doesn't matter to me as much as the power.
