10.5 hotside, or NOT?
I ordered a 10.5 hotside from a member on here, and correct me if I am wrong, but this is NOT a 10.5 hotside, right??

Yours is a 10.5 single-flapper right Silk? So that number would be different than the 10.5 single-flapper number, correct? To answer the question, I still say that the housing in the pic is a 10.5 dual-flapper.

There are three factory dual-flapper turbine housings for the 16G: The 10.5, the 9.8, and the 9.0 housings. I have both the 9.0, and the 9.8 in my garage. So, I went out to check the numbers and neither the 9.0, or the 9.8 have that serial number. So, it is a safe bet that the OP`s housing is a 10.5 dual-flapper.

Is there any known physical external difference between the 9.8 dual flapper hotside and the 10.5 dual flapper hotside? Or better yet, if anyone here has an old evo8 9.8 dual flapper hotside lying around, can you check the #'s cast into it for me?
I know on the single flapper 10.5 there's a semicircle cutout on the manifold to turbo surface.
