Turbo

Is it possible to install turbo from E6 Makinen to Evo 7 without any problems? Will be more eficient ?

Claude, you blonde!! The Gems can control boost by f.e. using the standard solenoid or even an aftermarket one. Tommy, I think you should drop the Blitz boost controller from your car as it looks quite well set-up otherwise. Get an Apex AVC-R or better a good solenoid for the GEMS to control.
