A little advice plzz

is a release bearing the same thing is a throw out bearing. im having to buy a clutch kit for my evo 8 and was wondering if everything comes with the kit that u need ..thanks

Yes, they are the same thing I believe. I have never heard anyone use the term release bearing, just throw out bearing.

Be sure to buy a new OEM Mitsu bearing. The ones included in aftermarket kits (with the exception of Exedy) are no where near as good!
