Ted B's boost leak test how to

Ted B came up with a very detailed boost leak test guide. It is located in the how to area but I figured I'd link it to think section as every evo owner needs to understand the process and the purpose.

Thanks Ted B!

If some intake and exhaust valves are both slightly open, how does that effect a boost leak test?
