How much HP from Porting FP Red
it all depends on how well your fp red fits together. i called fp today with the same question and they said it isnt ever a bad idea, but should be done to older ones definitely, but maybe not to brand new ones. but for the 95 dollars they charge, id go for it. helps efficiency, and when realy pushing the turbo, it will be worth it.
dont know any numbers though

thats nice to know so next week payweek lol we can see if it really worth it to pay for porting option i think it will be. im just thinking mikey setup is maxed enough and thats alot of the old TQ he is laying down more and he will need that 2.4 very soon lol.

Okay, well I do, but I don't know if Mikey does.
Funny cause we had a discussion in class about this today. Of course me being in the Navy and out numbered by Air Force, Marines, and Army they picked on me
I'm the only Navy guy in the Joint Intel Collections course... I just started call everyone my shipmate
I'm not sure I understand this "maxed enough" phrase you are referring to.

Mikey
More horsepower is more horsepower.
I even did it without methanol and without cams on a 3.5" intercooler core... on an unported red w/ an o2 recirc!
Your turbine housing will be ready for the dyno session on the 13th. I'm down to swap the housings at the dyno day and get a back to back result.

Hope we don't have any bolts snap...
