Idle issues: Help- VIDEO inside

Been having a small idle issue that I cannot figure out. This video was a cold start and a few little revs to show what is happening during cold idle. The rpm's drop then the car doesn't sound rite, like it has cams or no exhaust or something. Once the car is completely warmed up the idle seems a little bit low. It occasionally happens on warm starts also, however the idle gets much lower like it wants to stall out before returning to normal. Stepping on the clutch when coming to a stop gets quite bothersome as the car almost stalls. Sometimes its fine, just inconsistent and annoying. No problems at all with WOT. Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this to happen?

Maybe it's the tune? I have had the same tune for 2 years and had no problems. I think I need to get it checked out. This idle issue just started happening one day when I turned on my car.

other things I think it could be possibly are IAC, EGR, or bad maf sensor. I'm not realy sure how to tell if any of these are the problem. I just checked EGR and all hoses are conncected.

take the IAC out and clean it. I had a similar problem when I bypassed the coolant hoses for the throttle body, and somehow a droplet of coolant made it to the opening of the IAC

Thanks guys. I'll take out the IAC tomorrow and clean it. It does the same thing when the car is warmed up but gets alot closer to stalling when i rev it.

It's not idling too high. does your idle go from 1600 rpm to 1000 rpm then back again?
