Hey all,

I was wondering, is there anyone that does a custom final drive to suit a Evo 8, 5 speed transmission?

I would like to change my final drive, but I find the stock ratio revs out too quick and the 4.11 could be too tall... I need something in between.

 

You can get the 4.3 final drive. It is actually the alternate homologated final drive option, and everyone says it's better, and has been classified as a nicer final drive. It is in the Ralliart Catalogue.

I only see the 4.875 on that spreadsheet... I am also interested in the 4.3 final anyone have any more info on where to get one of these?

 

Quaife offers a group n dog box Ratios: 1st 3.000 2nd 2.000 3rd 1.470 4th 1.111 5th 0.857 Final Drive:- 4.307 or you could aquire an older jdm tranny they came with with 4.307 atleast I know the tommy mac's did
