okay like the title says i have a evo IX stock turbo full bolt on with gsc s2 exhaust cam witch is 272 Duration 11mm Peak Lift, 115 degree Centerline.. would it be beneficial for me to run the gsc s3 hydraulic intake cam witch is Intake 280 Duration, 220@1mm Lift,11.5mm peak lift, Veritable Centerline? or should i just stick with the s2 274 intake cam?

stock turbo s3 is to much. It would move your powerband way to the right and un unusable. you would get better response and use out of a s2 cam.

S3 is more suited for your 700whp+ type turbos.

Most-wanted on his rs with the stock turbo ran M3's, some other people find great results with the kelford 280's also.

the m3's setup would be like the s2 exhaust and s3 intake: here is the comp.

m3
# Intake duration "280" deg
# Intake lift 11.6mm
# Exhaust duration "272" deg
# Exhaust lift 11mm

s3 intake
Intake 280 Duration
11.5mm peak lift

s2 exhaust
Exhaust 272 Duration
11mm Peak Lift

so running a s3 intake and s2 exhaust would be the same setup as the m3's
