Greddy is one of the worst BOV's out there. Get a stock IX DV, APS bov, or synapse bov. And ya make sure your BOV line isn't tapped into anything else.

You must live in SoCal, huh? If you lived in the Bay Area then you wouldn't have this problem. Take the 4-hour drive(@ 80 mph)on up to Hayward, California and have Bryan @ GST set your tune.

At first james (at reese tuning) told my its my bov and to adjust a little bit more but it still doing the same
, what I can think is that my wastegate acutuator, becasue im running the stock and not the silver one from FP, since i bought the FP red from a guy selling it at socalevo, it came brand new plastic wrap and everything. but the actuator was the stock one

could that be my problem?
I added highlights to key areas. The shudder or stutter feeling is the bov cracking open/closing abruptly during partial throttle.

The Greddy Bov's are not crap initially, however, when their rubber diaphragms wear out, the units are useless. Take your bov apart and I can almost guarantee that your have a tear in your diaphragm(this would not be the case if it's less than 3months old)
On the flip side, the Tial acting in the exact same fashion as the Greddy should not be an identical feel. Maybe a little tuning related or hardware. Who knows?...

Take the advice of the other people and find someone local with a JDM metal bov and see if it still shudders.

Last thing. "it came brand new plastic wrap and everything. but the actuator was the stock one"

The FP wastegate looks stock but it's not. To know for sure inspect the locknut on the wastegate arm, it should be a 13mm vs the smaller stock nut that's a 10mm

My advice to you is to start your own thread and include all your information, problem, and mod list and we can help diagnose.
