Cylinder wear

I did a compression test and 3 of the 4 cylinders were a bit lower than normal, and the other has been historically low (and didn't change with the other three cylinders), which I believe to be slightly bent intake valves missed from a mishap a couple years ago. Followed up with a leak down test and pretty much all my exhaust valves were leaking so I pulled the head. Here's what I found.

I did some searching, including google, but couldn't find anything conclusive. Is this abnormal? I can't feel anything with my finger nails. I plan on rebuilding the bottom end within the next year or two. If it's abnormal is it something that will last until it's time to rebuild? It's not much of my daily driver anymore, but I still do like to drive it often. It has 60k miles.

Thanks.
