Me changing my tranny, transfer and rear diff gear oil - PICS!

I didn't think this belonged in Show n Shine because as I'm displaying OEM drivetrain fluids and proper jack/lift points etc.

I love my 6 speed and my current transfer case (went through a few on my 03 Evo) So now I'm OCD with changing all the fluids
every few K miles. I also make sure after I'm done I take the car for a spin, come back and check the fluid level again. I usually
try and jam more into the transfer case at this time too. The ramps you see are Race Ramps (raceramps.com).

My only intent is to display how easy it is to do it yourself and maybe will help others that are on the fence about getting the car up in the air and level. This is one sure way to know you have the right transfer case fluid installed - do it yourself

(was this level on the body seam under the car on the ground and in the air as well! I made sure!)

Nice job and good choice of fluids

Is that extra multi-gear for a change in the future?

Is your car lowered? I'd love some ramps that my car on Swift springs could get up on.

Yea the 6 speed holds like 2.3 qts I think so I have enough for an extra change.

Yes my car is lowered on Swifties. I have Rhino ramps in the background which you can see but of course they won't work if the car is lowered. I purchased Race Ramps (www.raceramps.com) and they work perfectly. They were a bit expensive but worth the purchase IMO.

That portable pit on the website is awesome, but expensive!

The ramps looks nice! Which one are they at Raceramps? How much clearance do you have if your under the car? Is there a lot of spacing between you and the car when its on the ramps? I may need to pick these up!

I'm a big mother effer and there is a good amount of room for me to work under the car while on those ramps. I can easily pull the downpipe off, etc and lay it on my chest. I believe they are the 67" ones that put the car 10" in the air. Good luck - they are nice ramps!
