RPM jumps and goes down by 200 on WOT

Hi!
I have a 2005 EVO (not MR) with 3" turboback exhaust (with test pipe), K&N short ram intake, Hallman MBC, Turbosmart Dual Port BOV, costom UICP and NO ECU mods. Lately I've noticed that everytime on 3rd, 4th or 5th gear I hit gas pedal, my rpm goes up (like before) and then in 1 sec it goes down by 200 rpm and from that car is accelerating normally. No CEL or any other lights. Everything was working fine until few days ago. Can anyone tell me what is going on???

But it does not happen when shifting. Only while I am cruising and then when I hit gas pedal (without touching clutch).

It does not happen when I am using clutch and shifting. When I accelerate from 1st gear to the 5th with high rpm shifting everything is ok all the way to the end (5th). But it happens only when i am not touching clutch and i am driving for example 50mph on the 5th and then I hit the gas pedal to the bottom and after few seconds rpm goes down by 200 and from there it accelerate OK againg.
