My car still has the Haltech on it. I have not had an AEM on my own car since last fall. The S2 AEM was on Jeff's EVO9.

Haha, thanks morepsi. I did this project because I have to, from time-to-time, remind myself there's not much I can't do. Over the last month or so I've been working more and spending less time at my desk and argueing on the internet. It puts me in a better mood most of the time.

There's only one job I've never done on a DSM or EVO, that's rebuild a transmission. The only job I haven't done on an EVO is pulled the engine/trans out of it. That's going to change too the next time it has to come out I'm doing it myself. It's faster to have Dan/Steve do it 'cause that's what they do. I'm not concerned with faster anymore, I want to do it all myself.

Anyway, I can generally git r dun.

My loving something requires testing it and proving it first. It's like loving a girl for her sexual talents before you try them out, doesn't work for me.

I built some engines this morning and then grabbed the laptop to work on my car and work out some things that were not 100%. Did I mention this car is flat out ****ing retardedly fast?!!

I put more miles on it today than I have in a very long time. I didn't want to put it on the dyno as I wanted to do a bunch of street logging, drive it and work on idle/cruise etc. The car is really unbelievable. It's hard for me to believe it has the capabilities of running 9.0's and can be driven so effortlessly.

I was going to take some pictures and then realized that my old style custom spark plug cover I had made for my car (one off) will not fit with our current COP plate. So I had to call in a favor to have our old style plates cut again so I can still run the cover. When I get it, I'll be taking pictures.

Driving the car around today makes me not even want to race it to be honest, it's so nice to have it running and just enjoy it. I have to get that 8 second pass this year though.
